Our Personalised Products and Returns Policy

Just a heads up, since we make each item especially for you, we can't accept returns on personalised or custom-made products. But don't worry, if there's any issue with your item, just get in touch with us within 14 days and we'll do our best to help you out.

Our Speedy Production and Delivery Times

We're pretty speedy at making items, always within 1-3 business days, and we send all our UK parcels with Royal Mail 24, which should get to you in 1-2 days. For our international friends, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks.

Potential Delays and Our Refund Policy

We always get everything out on time, but sometimes there can be delays with the carrier, especially during these unpredictable times with Covid. As a small business, this is something we can't control, and unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for late arrivals. Since we can't resell personalised items, it's just not something we can afford to do.

Mirror Acrylic Products

Let's talk about our Mirror Acrylic first. It's a one-sided mirror, which means the back of the acrylic is grey. To keep it safe during shipping, we cover it with a clear protective film. Just peel it off when you're ready to use it for the best results. We engrave the mirror from the back, creating a transparent design that's permanent and won't scratch or fade off. Pretty cool, right?

Our Wood Products

Now, let's move on to our Wood products. We do a thorough quality check before and after engraving, but sometimes there might be slight imperfections in the grain, colour, or even knots. But that's the charm of working with real wood, each piece is unique! However, we can't refund for minor imperfections that naturally occur in wood or any browning from the laser engraving.

How Our Laser Engraving Works

Wondering how our laser engraving works? It's pretty simple, actually. The laser burns the surface, which is why we don't use printing or colour. Depending on the material, the engraving can appear dark, like on wood, or white on materials like slate. It can even be see-through on certain types of acrylic. It's all part of the magic of laser engraving!
