If you are celebrating a 21st, 30th, 40th or 50th birthday our sophisticated party decorations are a great choice.
We make all of our birthday welcome signs and accessories from either high quality acrylic or wood.
As this is all made to order and personalised we can change the wording to suit your needs so this package can be used for other events too.

Personalised drink stirrers - the quantity will depend on how many guests you opt for
Number drink tags - the quantity will depend on how many guests you opt for
example 20 guests will be 20 drink stirrers and 20 number drink tags. We sell in sets 5 and 10s only not odd numbers.
You can buy the welcome sign if you do not want the full set. We also sell the drink stirrers in our store too.
If you go for the full set please select the correct number of people we sell in groups of 10s and 5s,.

Pre Ordering birthday party decor package
We do get very busy, so for peace of mind you can BOOK your slot by pre ordering our party decor for adults package in advance, whether its 3 - 6 months before. We will take payment. Book your slot. Changes can be made up to 6 weeks prior the event date. You can contact us Monday to Friday 9-5 to ask any questions and check on anything you wish, but we will keep you notified of how it is going.
Please note the design and fonts are the same as the one in the pictures, If you would like to change designs for the custom birthday party decorations there is an additional design fee.
A completely bespoke service is available if you are interested in having something completely unique and designed from scratch, please let us know!
We do advise to respond to our messages as soon as you can as late communication can cause delays with the birthday decorations for men or women.
Please note we use an express service for international so you will get your parcel in 2-3 days DHL express after our processing time.

Our Personalised Products and Returns Policy
Just a heads up, since we make each item especially for you, we can't accept returns on personalised or custom-made products. But don't worry, if there's any issue with your item, just get in touch with us within 14 days and we'll do our best to help you out.
Our Speedy Production and Delivery Times
We're pretty speedy at making items, always within 1-3 business days, and we send all our UK parcels with Royal Mail 24, which should get to you in 1-2 days. For our international friends, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks.
Potential Delays and Our Refund Policy
We always get everything out on time, but sometimes there can be delays with the carrier, especially during these unpredictable times with Covid. As a small business, this is something we can't control, and unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for late arrivals. Since we can't resell personalised items, it's just not something we can afford to do.

Mirror Acrylic Products
Let's talk about our Mirror Acrylic first. It's a one-sided mirror, which means the back of the acrylic is grey. To keep it safe during shipping, we cover it with a clear protective film. Just peel it off when you're ready to use it for the best results. We engrave the mirror from the back, creating a transparent design that's permanent and won't scratch or fade off. Pretty cool, right?
Our Wood Products
Now, let's move on to our Wood products. We do a thorough quality check before and after engraving, but sometimes there might be slight imperfections in the grain, colour, or even knots. But that's the charm of working with real wood, each piece is unique! However, we can't refund for minor imperfections that naturally occur in wood or any browning from the laser engraving.
How Our Laser Engraving Works
Wondering how our laser engraving works? It's pretty simple, actually. The laser burns the surface, which is why we don't use printing or colour. Depending on the material, the engraving can appear dark, like on wood, or white on materials like slate. It can even be see-through on certain types of acrylic. It's all part of the magic of laser engraving!
