Initial Wedding Guest Favors
Our wedding favour boxes and gift tags make the perfect thank you to your guests for attending your special day. You can fill the wedding favour boxes with something edible or unique inside.

Please note that the mirror acrylic favour tags have a grey reverse side
The tags can come with wedding favour boxes which are brown, flat-packed, and come with black or white ribbon. For you to fill with what you like and tie yourself!
Please specify in the personalisation box; if you don't choose, we will automatically opt for black, as shown in the pictures.
We aim to dispatch all personalised wedding decor, including thank you cards and thank you within 2–3 working days after you place your order.
We use Royal Mail 24 Hour for UK deliveries and Deutsche Post for international orders; however, please note that any delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. If you would like to upgrade your postage at checkout, this option is available, but the 2–3 working day processing time still applies for all wedding decor.

Inketch Notice - Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on our wedding favour tags due to them being made to order and containing personalised details. However, if you have any problems or concerns regarding your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
All mirror acrylic comes with protective film to protect them during posting; peel it off when ready to use. The mirror is engraved from the back, leaving a transparent engraving that is permanent and will never scratch or fade off.
Double-check your personalisation message is correct when ordering your wedding items, as our turnaround time is fast and we may not be able to change this after you have ordered. Everything is made to order, and we cannot return personalised, custom-made products. Please contact us within 14 days if there are any issues.

Just a heads up, since we make each item especially for you, we can't accept returns on personalised or custom-made products. But don't worry, if there's any issue with your item, just get in touch with us within 14 days and we'll do our best to help you out.
Our Speedy Production and Delivery Times
We're pretty speedy at making items, always within 1-3 business days, and we send all our UK parcels with Royal Mail 24, which should get to you in 1-2 days. For our international friends, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks.
Potential Delays and Our Refund Policy
We always get everything out on time, but sometimes there can be delays with the carrier, especially during these unpredictable times with Covid. As a small business, this is something we can't control, and unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for late arrivals. Since we can't resell personalised items, it's just not something we can afford to do.

Mirror Acrylic Products
Let's talk about our Mirror Acrylic first. It's a one-sided mirror, which means the back of the acrylic is grey. To keep it safe during shipping, we cover it with a clear protective film. Just peel it off when you're ready to use it for the best results. We engrave the mirror from the back, creating a transparent design that's permanent and won't scratch or fade off. Pretty cool, right?
Our Wood Products
Now, let's move on to our Wood products. We do a thorough quality check before and after engraving, but sometimes there might be slight imperfections in the grain, colour, or even knots. But that's the charm of working with real wood, each piece is unique! However, we can't refund for minor imperfections that naturally occur in wood or any browning from the laser engraving.
How Our Laser Engraving Works
Wondering how our laser engraving works? It's pretty simple, actually. The laser burns the surface, which is why we don't use printing or colour. Depending on the material, the engraving can appear dark, like on wood, or white on materials like slate. It can even be see-through on certain types of acrylic. It's all part of the magic of laser engraving!
